Ok, so I have this whole summer exercising thing, and usually it's a combination of running, doing strength and aerobics/balance on WiiFit, and my favorite... YOGA! I watch Tara Stiles on YouTube to do yoga, and she's amazeballs :3 I do core exercises, balance, whole body, leg, etc. If you want to watch her, go to this link: http://www.youtube.com/user/LivestrongWoman

Anyways, I love yoga because it's just super relaxing and I feel good that something so easy can get me looking so great. :) Here are some of the poses that I love!

Warrior works balance and hamstrings :D

Low Lunge, perfect for hamstrings.

You can play music, watch someone that motivates you, and always keep water with you.
